handcrafted jewelryI have been selling handmade goods online for a couple of years now.  My teenage daughter has watched me run my business from home.  I have made friends with other crafters who make handcrafted goods, like jewelry, art, clothing and a lot of other great stuff.  My daughter has bought several things from my friends who make handcrafted jewelry.  Now that she owns so much, she wants to learn how to make it herself.  I'm going to have to take her to Michael's or some other crafting store and buy her a few things to get started.  She'll want to buy beads, wire, and some tools to start making a few things.  She can make her own handcrafted jewelry for now, and maybe someday even sell her stuff online.  She is a crafty girl, and has learned several crafts already.  She cross stitches and scrapbooks, among other things.  Learning the art of handcrafted jewelry shouldn't be too hard for her to do.  My friends would probably steer her in the right direction, and we can find some sites online that teach how to do it.
